Sally Wales has been an essential part of Commercial Title and Escrow Services Inc. since 1997, serving as president and licensed commercial escrow officer. A proud graduate of the University of Tulsa, she brings extensive expertise to her role, overseeing the company’s financial and operational aspects to ensure precision in every transaction. Her leadership and dedication to excellence make her a vital member of the operations team, where she collaborates to provide top-notch service and maintain the company’s reputation in the commercial real estate sector. Sally’s commitment to building strong relationships and her deep industry knowledge make her a key asset to the team.

Pam Bewley, our chairman of the board and founder of Commercial Title, has worked for various title companies in Tulsa, Dallas, and Houston for over four decades. Pam has experience in all aspects of title insurance and closing, including working directly with insurance underwriters and, for the past 30 years, specializing in commercial transactions in the Oklahoma market as the chairman of the board or owner of Commercial Title. She formed Commercial Title & Escrow Services after working as an escrow officer for various competitors in the Oklahoma market.

Sara Bryning has been a dedicated member of Oklahoma’s title and real estate industry since 2007, bringing nearly two decades of legal and transactional experience to Commercial Title & Escrow Services. A graduate of the University of Colorado Boulder and the University of Tulsa College of Law, Sara is licensed to practice law in Oklahoma, Arkansas, and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Oklahoma. Throughout her career, she has developed extensive expertise in commercial and residential real estate transactions, title examination, underwriting, escrow, and complex title matters. Sara works closely with lenders, developers, investors, businesses, and homeowners to provide practical legal guidance and ensure each transaction is handled with precision and professionalism. Known for her attention to detail, collaborative approach, and commitment to exceptional client service, she is passionate about helping clients navigate every stage of the closing process with confidence.

Jody Jumper, our licensed commercial escrow officer and title analyst, has been employed at Commercial Title for the last 21 years.  Prior to joining Commercial Title, Jody worked for various title companies in both the residential and commercial fields, giving her a total of 26 years in the industry.  She is knowledgeable, well-organized, and proficient in all aspects of the closing process from set-up to issuing the final policies.

Lisa Jones is a highly experienced escrow professional with more than 30 years of expertise in commercial and residential real estate transactions. As part of the team at Commercial Title & Escrow Services in Tulsa, Oklahoma, Lisa specializes in guiding complex transactions from contract to closing with precision, professionalism, and attention to detail.

Known for her proactive communication and solutions-oriented approach, Lisa works closely with clients, lenders, agents, and attorneys to ensure every transaction is handled efficiently and seamlessly. Her extensive industry knowledge and commitment to exceptional service provide clients with confidence throughout the closing process.

Sydni Fitzgerald, our licensed Residential Escrow Officer, brings 10 years of experience in the title and escrow industry. She has earned a reputation for being detail-oriented, dependable, and someone clients and real estate professionals know they can trust. Known for her positive attitude, organized approach, and love of a good checklist, Sydni believes that clear communication and a little laughter can make even the busiest closing days more enjoyable. She is committed to creating a closing experience where every client feels informed, supported, and confident from contract to closing.
